How To Prepare Your Scrambled Eggs

Begin by cracking the eggs into the microwave-safe dish. Alternatively, you can use a different bowl and later transfer the mixture into the microwave dish.

Step 2: Add Water & Seasoning

Whisk in your water and add the salt, pepper, and seasoning to your liking. If you are cooking for a large group of people, you need to be careful not to overdo the seasoning.

Step 3: Allow Time To Air

After whisking, put it aside for around thirty seconds. This allows it to incorporate air and get fluffier while in the microwave.

Step 4: Cook For 30 Seconds

Put it in the microwave and cook for thirty seconds. This allows the egg whites to cook well.

Step 5: Stir Then Recook

Remove from the microwave and stir, and then cook for another thirty seconds.

Step 6: How Do You Like Your Eggs?

If the eggs are still runny, cook them some more for ten seconds. Usually, my family likes well-cooked eggs, so I prefer cooking mine using ten seconds increments until cooked.

Step 7: Check Every 10 Seconds

Keep checking after ten seconds to avoid overcooking. You still want to maintain the nutrition value of the eggs.

Step 8: Garnish and Serve

The eggs are ready, and you can serve hot. I garnish with some coriander and serve to my children. My husband loves a little more pepper in his food.

I usually add some chopped vegetables such as freshly chopped onions, broccoli and tomatoes before I cook the eggs.
