- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, cilantro, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties and thread them onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the koftas for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of yogurt sauce or your favorite dip.
