● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 4 thick boneless pork chops (½ inch to 1 inch thick)
● 1 tbsp ketchup
● 2 tablespoons brown sugar
● 1 teaspoon sea salt
● ½ teaspoon garlic powder
● ½ teaspoon onion powder
● ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
● ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Spread olive oil evenly over baking sheet.
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel, and place on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika; set aside.

Spread ketchup over one side of the pork chops.

Cover pork chops with the brown sugar mixture.

Bake the pork chops uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees, according to a meat thermometer.

Remove from oven, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with green beans for a delicious and easy dinner.
