Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

I love to entertain and serve appetizers that are impressive and delicious. Lately, I’ve been making Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers for an appetizer that my guests absolutely love. The combination of bell peppers, olive oil, bolognese sauce and mozzarella cheese creates an amazing flavor and texture.

To make the peppers, I start by slicing the bell peppers in half and removing the seeds. Then, I brush the olive oil over them and place them in the air fryer. I precook them for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Once they’re done, I take them out and fill them with the bolognese sauce, top with mozzarella cheese and place them back in the air fryer for another 10 minutes.

Once the peppers are done, I take them out and garnish them with some fresh parsley. They’re the perfect appetizer to serve when hosting friends and family. Everyone loves the savory and cheesy flavors of the peppers. They’re the perfect bite-sized snack that’s sure to get your evening off to a great start!
