Recipe for Incredibly High S’mores Pie

I know that the chocolate topping involves more effort than just warming white chocolate and almonds together.

But believe me when I say it is worth it. It’s like a mash-up of ganache and mousse.

The heavier cream is beaten to aid in the tenderness but not the sogginess of the filling.

I am not a fan of white chocolate. Can I substitute milk chocolate? You certainly can.

Bittersweet chocolate is recommended for this s’mores pie recipe since it assists balance out the sweetness of the chocolate covering.

Milk chocolate is somewhat sweeter than white chocolate, but it is also fluffier. It will also match the more classic flavor of a s’more.

If you are unsure where to go with the sweetness, go with moderately sweeter chocolate. It is a happy medium between the two.
