Chocolate Almond Almond Granola Granola

  • 3 cups rolled oats, old-fashioned
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • chia seeds, three teaspoons
  • Two tbsp. flaxseed
  • two tbsp of Hemp seed hearts
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • Orange juice (two teaspoons)
  • One teaspoon extract vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark)

  • 1st Step

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees (120 degrees C).

  • 2nd Step

Combine oats, almonds, chia seeds, coconut, hemp hearts, and flax seeds in a mixing dish.

In a different large mixing bowl, combine the honey, vanilla essence, and orange juice.

Stir the oat mixture into the honey mixture until it is evenly coated. Put granola on a baking sheet that hasn’t been oiled.

Bake for 50 minutes in a hot oven until it turns golden brown.

Combine chocolate chips with granola and set them aside to cool at room temperature.

This recipe is extremely adaptable. You can incorporate dried fruits or substitute other nuts for the almonds.

For a richer and healthier way of granola, use dark chocolate. You can leave off the coconut if you wish, but it’ll still be delicious. If preferred, bittersweet chips can be substituted with dark chocolate chips.
