Heat the oven to 350 and assemble cupcake skillets with liners. in your bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Keep it away, then mix the vanilla extract and buttermilk in a different bowl and set it aside. Then mix the eggs and put them aside.

In the blender, mix the sugar, butter, and oil put the blender in the medium range, and let it run for almost 5 minutes. The mixture will have an almost white pigment.

Gently pour the eggs and stir until it merges into the mixture. Stir completely to make sure the mixture is evenly mixed.

Then take turns adding the wet and dry ingredients. Add 1/3 of the floor composition and mix.

Then, put in the buttermilk composition and continue blending. Repeat this process until everything is completely and uniformly mixed.

Use a spoon to evenly remove the cupcake batter into the cupcake’s cups. Bake the mixture at 350 for almost 20 minutes. Then you allow the cupcakes to cool for a few minutes.

2. Assembling the cereal milk buttercream

In a bowl add 1 cup of your preferred cereal. I used berry crunch, it’s one of my kid’s favorite cereals. Add a cup of cream.

Allow the cereal to submerge in the cream, allowing the cream to absorb that cereal flavor. The cereal will absorb a fair amount of the cream, that’s why I used a lot of it.

Allow the cream and cereal mixture to soak for some minutes, while it is soaking. Add the butter to the blender and allow it to run on medium speed for 13 minutes.

Add salt and the vanilla extract and mix to merge. Put in half of the powder sugar and stir for almost 5 minutes.

Then remove the cereal from the cream and add 1 tablespoon in a row till the buttercream reaches the evenness you are satisfied with.

I like mine a little bit rigid. Apply buttercream and sprinkles on each cupcake. Now the Cereal milk cupcakes are ready to be eaten.

Conclusion

The cereal and milk cupcakes are topped with the cereal milk buttercream. The cupcakes get a berry crunch flavor which makes them have a unique and undefeated taste.
